By downloading, installing, or using the Limitless mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Limitless is a fitness and nutrition tracking application that provides:
- Personalized workout programs
- Exercise library and tracking
- Nutrition logging with AI photo analysis
- Progress tracking and analytics
- Achievement system
- Subscription-based premium features
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Security
- Keep your password confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Premium Subscription
- Limitless requires an active subscription to access the app
- Subscription plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis
- Free trial periods may be offered (3-7 days depending on plan)
4.2 Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Payment is charged to your Apple/Google account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
4.3 Free Trial
- Free trials are available for first-time subscribers only
- You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires
- Cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges
4.4 Pricing
- Subscription prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal
- Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access until the end of the paid period
5.2 Refunds
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies
- We do not provide direct refunds
- Contact Apple/Google support for refund requests
- Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods
5.3 Account Deletion
- Deleting your account cancels your subscription
- No refunds are provided for remaining subscription time
- All data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
- Upload malicious content or viruses
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Scrape or collect data from the App
- Use the App to distribute spam or unauthorized advertising
- Impersonate others or provide false information
7. Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
- All content in the App (exercises, programs, designs, logos) is owned by Limitless
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
- Exercise demonstrations and content are for personal use only
7.2 Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you create (workout logs, photos, notes)
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
- You are responsible for the content you upload
- We may remove content that violates these Terms
7.3 AI Photo Analysis
- Food photos you upload are processed by our AI service
- Photos are analyzed and not permanently stored by the AI service
- Nutritional estimates are approximations and may not be 100% accurate
8. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
8.1 Not Medical Advice
- The App provides fitness and nutrition information for general purposes only
- Content is not medical advice and should not replace professional consultation
- Consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program
- We are not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from App use
8.2 Assumption of Risk
- Exercise involves inherent risks
- You assume all risks associated with using the App and following programs
- Stop exercising and consult a doctor if you experience pain or discomfort
8.3 Nutritional Information
- Nutritional data is estimated and may not be completely accurate
- AI photo analysis provides approximations
- Consult a registered dietitian for personalized nutrition advice
9. Data and Privacy
- Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy

- You can delete your account and data at any time
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
